In a 1990’s sprawling American style bungalow, we renovated all 3 ensuite bathrooms and their guest bathroom/utility room.
Two of the bathrooms were for teenage girls, and had not been touched since the house was built, so needed updating and upgrading.
We installed a glamourous navy & white bathroom with statement pattern floor tile, and gold trim & brassware for the older girl. In the second one, an on trend black, white & pink
Bathroom, with black honeycomb floor tiles, white wall metro tiles, black brassware & trim, and soft pink walls.
In a third bathroom we went for a more pared back masculine look, with tonal grey large wall tiles, darker floor tiles and fresh white walls.
In the guest bathroom, the client wanted a sense of luxury and classic elegance. We panelled the walls, and installed fitted bespoke cabinetry in the wash basin area. A honed cararra marble counter with a concealed under counter sink, and stylish Hepworth wall mounted brassware from Porter Bathroom finished the look. We carried the subtle patterned floor tiles through the guest bathroom and into the utility, and changed the solid doors to glass panelled doors, allowing the light to flow through. All cabinetry in the utility was hand painted ‘Hicks Blue’ to match the units in the guest bathroom.
‘Evelyn and her team delivered a 5 star service. She managed to keep the project on track, despite the added challenges of covid and the unexpected discovery of wet rot. Her design and vision completely encapsulated what we wanted to achieve, and we could not be happier with the final results.
